Sacramento Women & Girls Festival – Friends of the Commission on the Status of Women & Girls

Over The Top Events & Parties partnered with Friends of the Commission on the Status of Women & Girls to support the planning and execution of the Sacramento Women & Girls Festival, a community celebration connecting women, girls, and families with local resources, services, and organizations across Sacramento County. Hosted at Sacramento City College, the festival welcomed more than 600 attendees and featured over 100 community resource booths, bringing together nonprofit partners, local agencies, and community leaders for a day focused on empowerment, education, and access to vital support programs.

OTTEP supported event operations and coordination, helping manage vendor logistics, resource fair layout, programming flow, and on-site event support to ensure a welcoming and organized experience for attendees and participating organizations. The festival featured cultural performances, speakers, youth activities, and a diverse range of community organizations offering health resources, educational programs, and services that support women and girls throughout the region. The event created a vibrant space for connection, collaboration, and community engagement across Sacramento.
