City of West Sacramento - 2025

Over The Top Events & Parties partnered with Mayor Martha Guerrero to produce a youth-focused climate screening that drew 70+ attendees, with two-thirds from local high schools, and mobilized 10+ youth volunteers. Through our strong relationships within the Washington Unified School District and strategic social outreach, we significantly boosted attendance and engagement.


We helped secure donated food, videography, and volunteer support, and collaborated with the Mayor to bring in KCRA News and Director Kathy Kasic for added visibility. The film left a meaningful impact on students, leading several teens to apply for the Bloomberg Youth Climate Action Fund—a testament to the event’s success and community influence.
