3rd Annual Company Picnic
Over The Top Events & Parties partnered with Celebrations Speech Group to plan and execute their 3rd Annual Company Picnic with less than 30 days of lead time. Held at Elk Grove Regional Park, the event brought together over 50 staff members and their families for a day of fun, connection, and appreciation. Our team managed all aspects of the planning process, including vendor sourcing, event design and layout, and full day-of coordination. We created a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere with a bounce house, face painting, cotton candy, and classic activation games to keep guests engaged throughout the afternoon.
Despite the tight turnaround, the event was executed seamlessly. Celebrations Speech Group praised our organization, communication, and ability to bring their vision to life under pressure. The picnic not only celebrated their team but also reinforced their culture of community, appreciation, and togetherness—making it their most memorable company picnic to date.
