Teresa Mixon - Principal Event Consultant
Teresa Mixon is the founder and principal event consultant behind Over The Top Events & Parties. With more than 13 years of experience in event planning and production, she specializes in producing events that support organizations, strengthen communities, and bring people together.
Throughout her career, Teresa has collaborated with corporate clients, nonprofit organizations, civic partners, and schools to deliver events that are both well-organized and memorable. Her work includes corporate celebrations, nonprofit fundraisers, public events, community festivals, and school programs across the region.
Clients and partners have included organizations such as Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, Bay City Electric Works, Cardinal Glass Industries, Sutter Health, VNARP, and numerous community-based organizations.
Known for her thoughtful leadership and attention to detail, Teresa manages every stage of the event process—from strategy and planning to vendor coordination and event-day execution—ensuring that each event is delivered with professionalism and care.
