Women Who Dared – California Black Women’s Health Project
Over The Top Events & Parties partnered with the California Black Women’s Health Project to produce Women Who Dared, a community health conference celebrating Black women leaders and advocates across California. Hosted at the historic Guild Theater, the event welcomed more than 100 guests for an evening focused on health equity, leadership, and community empowerment.
OTTEP provided full-service event planning and production, including vendor sourcing, event layout design, staffing coordination, and on-site event management. The program featured a dynamic speaker panel, recognition of founding members, and awards honoring community leaders advancing public health and advocacy. The event created a meaningful space for dialogue, recognition, and continued momentum around improving health outcomes and wellness for Black women and communities across California.
